Besides classes, the gym is involved in the community and organizes fun group events, besides just exercising. I can't say enough positive things about Lewes Fit Body Boot Camp. Having.moved to this area I struggled to find a gym similar to what I had before. From the first hello I felt so welcomed. The trainers are the absolute best and make each class fun and enjoyable for any fitness level. Each class is different and does represent the cookie cutter approach of other facilities. Also the members of LFBBC are some welcoming, like a family. They.offer a free 3 day trial so no excuses not to give it a try. You will be happy you did..
